ORDINANCE NO. 523
AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE SPEED LIMIT ON NALL AVENUE FROM
JOHNSON DRIVE TO U.S. HIGHWAY 50, AND AMENDING SECTION 14 -105
(D) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MISSION,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Section 14- 105(d) of the Code of the City of Mission is
amended to read as follows:
14- 105(d) Nall Avenue, 30 miles per hour, Johnson
Drive to U.S. Highway 50, and 35 miles per hour
from U.S. Highway 50 to 67th Street.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication according to law, and when
appropriate signs giving notice of the speed limit are erected
e•* upon such street and /or part of street.,
