AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP AND ALLOWING
A SPECIAL CLASS USE.
Be it ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Mission, Kansas:
Section 1. That the zoning regulations and zoning district map of
Mission, Kansas be and the same are hereby amended and changed with
respect to the following described lands, to -wit:
Lot 46, Jessup's Addition.
Said lands are and shall hereafter be used for a filling station, pursuant
to paragraph 9 of section 16 of Ordinance No. 253.
Section 2. The special class use authorized in section 1 hereof is
subject to the following regulations:
A. The zoning classification shall revert to C-2 General
Business classification unless a building permit be issued and
construction commenced on or before April 10, 1969.
B. Applicant shall be a petitioner for the creation of a
lateral sewer district, not oppose any petition for the creation
of a lateral sewer district and when sanitary sewers are avail-
able to the property, applicant shall connect thereto.
C. All site improvements shall be made as required by
the Master Drainage Plan of the City of Mission, Kansas.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its official publication.
Passed by the Council this 17th day of April, 1968.
