MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MISSION, KANSAS January 21, 1961
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Sylvester Powell,Jr. The following Council-
men were present: Paul A. Cooper Jr., Victor Andersen, Phil Woodworth, H. Russell
Johnson, John T. Shreves, John T. Jones, Paul C. Parker and George Mahoney.
On motion of Councilman Cooper and seconded by Councilman Andersen, Reso]ion No. 63
providing for an agreement with the M S T Investment was read, as provided by law, and
on motion of Councilman Cooper and seconded by Councilman Andersen, said resolution
was adopted by the following vote:
Yea: Paul A. Cooper Jr., Victor Andersen, Phil Woodworth, H. Russell Johnson, John T.
Shreves, John T. Jones, Paul C. Parker and George Mahoney.
Nay: None.
There being n6 further business, the meeting was adjourned.
