2000 WHICH IS NECESSARY TO FINANCE PUBLIC SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF MISSION.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Mission:
Section One. In accordance with state law, the City of Mission has conducted a
public hearing and has published the proposed budget necessary to fund City services from
January 1, 2000 until December 31, 2000.
Section Two. After careful public dellerations, it is hereby attested that in order
to maintain the public services, which are essential for the citizens of this city, it will be necessary
to utilize property tax revenues in an amount which exceeds the revenues expended in the
budget year 2000.
Section Three. This resolution shall take effect after its publication once in the
official City newspaper.
Passed and approved by the City Council on this 14 day of July 1999.
