AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1! AND PROVIDING FOR SPEED LIMITS
WITHIN THE CITY OF MISSION
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Mission:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14 be and is hereby amended and any speed in
excess of 30 miles per hour along Johnson Drive within the City of
Mission shall be prima facie evidence that said speed is excessive and
any speed on all other streets within the City of Mission in excess of
25 miles per hour shall be prima facie evidence that said speed is
excessive.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon publication by
posting.
Passed by the City Council this 6th day of August, 1952.
Approved by the Mayor this 6th day of August, 1952.
