The Mission City Council met in special session at City Hall, 6090 Woodson,
October 2, 1991 at 7:30 pm with Mayor Sylvester Powell, Jr., presiding. The
following council members were present: Williams, Thomas, Smith, Henderson,
Gibbs, VanGarsse, Schnackenberg and Anderson.
ORDINANCE 812
An ordinance constituting a general revision of
regulations of the City of Mission, Kansas.
Mr. Anderson moved and Mr. Thomas seconded a motion to

Mr. Williams asked that the wordage be revised to pertain to the City of
Mission; i.e. Public Works Director instead of Building Official
The vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
Mr Smith moved and Mr. Henderson seconded a motion to approve the
Appropriation Ordinance dated September 20, 1991. The vote was taken and the
motion carried unanimously
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Thomas moved and Mr. Smith seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:32 pm. The
vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY
OF MISSION, KANSAS:
You are hereby notified that I have called and do hereby
call a special meeting of the governing body of Mission, Kansas,
to be held at the City Hall in the City of Mission, Kansas, on
Wednesday, October 2, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of
approving the Appropriation Ordinance, dated September 20th,
1991, and Flood Plain Ordinance.

the purpose of approving the Appropriation Ordinance of
September 20th, 1991, and Flood Plain Ordinance for the City of
Mission, Kansas.
